Data Deletion Request

If you want your personal data deleted from Asistan 7/24, follow the steps below.

What Data We May Hold About You

Depending on how you interacted with a clinic using our platform, we may hold:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Messages you sent via WhatsApp or Instagram to a clinic using Asistan 7/24
• Call records from phone calls to a clinic
• Appointment records (date, time, service type)

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include at least one of the following so we can locate your records:
   • Phone number used to contact the clinic
   • Email address used to contact the clinic
   • Instagram username used to message the clinic
   • Name of the clinic you contacted
3. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days
4. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, as required by GDPR and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

If You Are a Patient of a Clinic Using Our Platform

The clinic is the data controller for your patient records. Asistan 7/24 acts as a data processor on their behalf. You can also contact the clinic directly to request deletion, and they will initiate the request through us.
